• We are a licensed California law firm.  The firm's owner and founder, Stephen Paul Polapink, can be researched independently through the California State Bar (License Number 177489).​

• We represent consumers throughout the entire State of California. Most of the work is done by email and/or fax. It is rarely necessary to meet our clients in person; but, if you are local (Riverside County), then we would be happy to meet you in person at anytime.​  In short, do not worry if you do not live near us; it is not a problem.

• The majority of the claims we bring resolve directly with the manufacturers in a couple of months. They settle quickly and without the need for litigation. This is better for you as the consumer.

• You will remain in direct contact with the attorney who is working on your claim.

• The California "lemon law" applies to both leases and purchases alike.

• You may still have a valid and a valuable claim even if you are currently out of warranty; it is best to contact us to decide based on the circumstances. We want to help if we can.

We are different from other lemon law firms in many ways which are beneficial to our clients:​

1.  We never charge our clients any costs under any circumstances (versus other lemon lawyers who make clients pay certain costs no matter what). This means the very worst case scenario for a client of ours is that they end up no better off than before we tried.​

2. ​We do not take any contingency fees and/or percentages from our clients' settlements (versus other lemon lawyers who take about 10% right off the top of their clients' settlements and/or refunds in addition to the fees they are getting paid by the manufacturers under the Statute). This means your settlement with us is BIGGER by at least that 10% we do not take from you!

3. ​​We focus on quick settlements with the manufacturers (versus other lemon lawyers who litigate the cases really hard, which in reality is to make more money for themselves).

4. ​In cases where we might only be able to reach a cash settlement, our firm accepts a reduced fee from the manufacturers in order to maximize our clients' settlements (versus other lemon lawyers who make sure they get paid their full fees up front under any and all circumstances).
